Arrowbee Ranch Estates is a community in El Dorado County in the heart of the California Motherlode. The neighborhood association is the Four Corners Land Owners' Association (FCLOA), a non-profit corporation that owns, manages and maintains the Jacob's Creek dam, Arrowbee Lake water rights, and Arrowbee Park.
Parcel owners within our boundaries are eligible, on a yearly basis, for membership in the FCLOA. Membership grants access to the lake and park and helps us maintain the dam and park grounds. The FCLOA, managed by a 6-member Board of Directors, also spearheads fire safety, cleanup/maintenance work parties and community events. The lake and park create a scenic and pleasant space for the enjoyment of our residents and provide a significant boost to real estate value in Arrowbee Ranch Estates. The lake serves as a vital source of needed water for local firefighting purposes and provides a habitat for wildlife. |
