ARROWBEE ROAD ZONE COMMITTEE
This page is specific to the Arrowbee Road Zone of Benefit. The Road Zone is NOT a part of the FCLOA. However the FCLOA is hosting the page so that the community can find information about road maintenance. The old road zone website was lost to time, and this page will build back up. Stay tuned.
BACKGROUND
The Arrowbee Road Zone Committee is appointed by the El Dorado County Board of Supervisors to help prioritize available funds for road maintenance within Arrowbee Ranch Estates. The committee are Arrowbee neighbors, and they are volunteers.
Funds for road maintenance are collected as a part of our property taxes. The yearly assessment has not been raised for many years, and the funds generated through this assessment are too low. However the committee does their best to prioritize the available funds.
The county is responsible for contracting for the work.
